Brief description and Special Features:
Very friendly and pleasant smallholding run on Organic principles which includes an Orchard, some woodland and a traditional meadow. The latter is managed to encourage native wild flowers to become established to support birds and insects in the field. Generally quiet and peaceful. The venue is a short walk from the Offa's dyke long distance path known as one of the best "ten wall walks" in the world.

Places of interest:
The Historic Town of Ruthin houses an award winning Arts Centre and the only Pentonville style Prison open to the Public. The smallest city in the UK, St Asaph, has a magnificent Cathedral. Denbigh Castle. Weekly Markets in Denbigh, Mold and Ruthin. Snowdonia, Llandudno, Chester and Liverpool are all less than an hours drive. For Mountain Bikers the Centre at Coed Llandegla is 40 minutes away.

Local Activities:
This area is Ideal for walking, Mountain Biking, Road cycling and Bird Watching. It is off the main Tourist routes, particularly the Snowdonia Mountains which are an hours drive to the West. Direct access via tracks to the Clwydian range of Hills where the views over the Vale are quite special. The Vale of Clwyd has been noted as one of the best areas in Wales for cycling with a variety of routes on quiet roads.
