Brief description and Special Features:
This is a very friendly special Venue. It is a Hill Farm small holding of some 33 acres nestled at the head of an idyllic valley in the Betws Mountains. The track to the farm gives some far reaching views across the Black Mountains, the Brecon Beacons, the Amman Valley, across to Swansea Bay and the Pembroke Coast. The farm itself is mostly sloping grassland, flanked by steeper rough wetland leading to a stream and wooded valley. The livestock consists of rare breed Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs (You are quite likely to see piglets), Large Fowl Brahma Hens, Indian Runner Ducks, and two ex- Racehorses. Other rare breeds are expected in 2016.

Many tracks lead to the Mountains including the St. Illtyd's Walk and there is an abundance of wildlife including Red Kytes and Buzzards. The remote camping areas are inaccessible by car. If necessary, by arrangement, help can be given for transporting equipment to a camping area. WMC001 will be ideal for a real natural family holiday.
